hi Liz, thanks for the note on "Inspiring Creativity". Kate's article is one of my faves. I am slowly working my way through the book, some of it pertains, some of it may later, some of it I read and think of other people. Regardless, i am pleased to be a part of it and am busily working on my OWN book.
love what you pulled from the Twyla Tharp book - isn't that a good read.
and the new work is intriguing. Have you looked at Claire 'Fenton's fences???

Great colors. The orange is wonderful (my new favorite color of the month. Love the graphic mark making with the fabric and the assymetrical border. It looks like it shifted. Maybe you could call it something like "Shifted Fence into Ladder".
